Edutainment

We provided the software infrastructure which was successfully used by the didaktech media business GmbH for the production of more than 500 exercises for scoyo. The primary part of this infrastructure is a custom e-learning authoring tool, developed especially for the scoyo project. Our e-learning authoring tool allows the implementation of exercises based on the typical e-learning interaction types in minutes and it's practical suitability was verified on a large scale in the scoyo project.
Exercises are saved in an abstract high level format, which eases large scale bug fixing (especially important for large projects, containing hundreds of exercises) and portability (recent developments include export functionality for Nintendo DS, iPhone and other mobile devices). Current development efforts concentrate on the merging of our e-learning and entertainment technology.
